"Pope" Victor & "HOLI(Y)days"

Pope Victor, (Bishop of Rome 189-199 AD or 186-201 AD based on who you ask) in the 2nd century, began to push hard for the Greek East to follow Rome on the celebration of "Easter" on Sunday, rather than the usual date on the Jewish calendar for the event. (14th Nissan-which would be the crucifixion date-2 days later the resurrection date).
But Paul says-
