Adventist HealthCare Officials to Break Ground on the Aquilino Cancer Center
Montgomery County’s first free-standing, comprehensive Cancer Center to Open on the Campus of Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in 2013
"Rockville, MD – On Wednesday, June 6, Adventist HealthCare officials will break ground on the Aquilino Cancer Center – the first free-standing, comprehensive outpatient cancer center in Montgomery County. The 50,000-square-foot, three-story building will offer personalized, expert care to cancer patients, with up-to-date technology and support services to treat various forms of cancer.The groundbreaking ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. on the grounds of Shady Grove Adventist Hospital located on 9901 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, Md. The Center is scheduled to open in summer of 2013.
