IN the NEWS - Presbyterians & gay marriage

"The General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) narrowly defeated a resolution to redefine marriage from a union between a man and a woman to a union between "two people."

The body deliberated the issue for more than three hours on Friday. The final vote was 338-308.
Gay marriage supporters in the denomination will have to wait two years until the church's next national convention to bring the matter up again.
A year ago, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) began allowing openly gay clergy to serve as pastors."  CBN News

Who cares what the 308 Presbyterian delegates who voted for gay marriage think? What does GOD say?
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;
And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.
What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
Mark 10:6-10
