Manu

Manu is the name given by Hinduism to "Noah". Manu was the survivor of a great flood that destroyed earth. All mankind is descended from Manu. He was saved on a boat with all the animals. A large fish towed his boat and let it rest on a mountain. Eventually he left the boat and he and his wife repopulated the world.
And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; 2 Peter 2:5
